 Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager with a Queensland Real Estate License to join our team.

The Position

  • Immediate start
  • Experience no necessary, we will train you
  • Full-time in Maroochydore office
  • Monday to Friday


Continuous training in the following

  • The full range of Real Estate Industry practices
  • Telephone and F2F contact with clients
  • Internal CRM and managing a diary
  • Conducting administration duties for a portfolio of properties
  • Managing property maintenance
  • Conducting inspections/open homes/entries and exits
  • Managing arrears
  • Lease renewals
  • Compliance updates


Key Role Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality client service and administration support within a team environment. You will primarily be handling incoming enquiries from our clients and help facilitate the smooth operation of all client associated activity including administration and travel to routine inspections/open homes and entries and exits.


Skills / Attributes Required

  • Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
  • Effective administration
  • Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Good computer skills and knowledge with aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
  • Can do attitude
  • Team player
