    The Position and Key Role Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Experienced Property Manager who:

    • Understands and applies Real Estate Industry practices
    • Ensures a smooth and compliant operation for all client associated activity including:
      • Arrears management
      • Administrative tasks (e.g. maintenance, Applications, Lease Renewals etc)
      • Routine inspections/open homes/entries and exits
    • Provides high quality client service and administration support within a team environment
      • Keeps all parties up to date with phone calls, emails, SMS etc.

     

    $110,000 Remuneration Package includes:

    • Superannuation contributions
    • Motor Vehicle with fuel card (all expenses included for work and reasonable personal)
    • Mobile phone

    Skills / Attributes Required

    • Driver’s licence
    • Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
    • Experience in property management admin and inspections (minimum 5 years)
    • Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
    • Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
    • Effective administration
    • Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills – self starter
    • Ability to work in a busy environment and maintain a high level of ATD
    • Good computer skills and knowledge with aptitude to learn new systems.
    • Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
    • Can do attitude
