You will be expected to provide the highest standard of service to our clients; as you are looking after their Superannuation nest-egg.

The Position and Key Role Responsibilities
- The position full time, working Monday to Friday, based in office with only occasional property inspections when required
- Manage maintenance, applications, new leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants and arrears
- Keep all property owners, tenants and other parties up to date with phone calls, emails, SMS, etc.
- Work closely with other Property Managers to assist with administration of all portfolios
Skills / Attributes / Requirements
- Current Queensland real estate license
- Current open driver’s license
- Have a minimum 2 years of Property Management experience
- Professional presentation and communication skills including telephone, and the ability to build rapport easily with clients
- A “can do” attitude and self-starter
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a busy environment
- Ability to follow processes, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
- Good computer skills and knowledge with a strong aptitude to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
- Knowledge in Property Me and Inspect Real Estate will be beneficial
