I made my own when I got home and have started the CASH FLOW suggestions that he made and advised the family of such and they are keen to get on board. He also got me thinking about a range of things that I had previously put aside as too difficult, too complicated, requiring too much finance etc. This has been helpful too.

FAA Property has been our Property Managers since June 2018 when our Dwyer Quality Homes Display Home transferred across to us from their supervision, and we could not be happier with their service.

Over that time we have relied on the guidance and expertise of FAA Property for our investment and they have never disappointed us.

More importantly we have relied on the skills, interpersonal connections and shared interest in our Property with one of FAA’s key players, Kayla.

When our home was severely impacted by a major storm in December 2019, and over $26,000.00 damage occurred, Kayla was our coordinator. She built partnerships with assessors, building supervisors, tradies and our tenant to ensure a seamless completion of the challenges presented. She organised entry and access times with all parties concerned and made sure no toes were trodden on. She also maintained a regular and open channel of communication with us and we were always kept in the picture.

That repair process has now been completed and to realise that such major upheavals have been seen to, with limited stress on us, is a compliment to this remarkable representative. I know of others who deal with Kayla and their opinion is the same, unwavering warmth, a genuine connection and someone in this crazy world that gives you an assurance and sees it through.
