Experienced Property Manager

Are you a driven and experienced Property Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships? We are seeking a high-performing professional to join our driven team and manage a dynamic portfolio across South East Queensland.

A Day in the Life at FAA: Your day starts with jumping in the car and heading to open homes, exits, entries, and routine inspections—anywhere from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 110 properties, supported by the latest in AI-driven technology, including smart cameras and intelligent software that streamline your workflow.

Back at your desk (or on the go), you’ll handle the administration that keeps everything running smoothly—communicating with landlords, tenants, and trades, and ensuring every detail is managed with care and precision.

Remuneration Package includes:

• Base salary $75,000
• Plus Superannuation contributions
• Plus company funded development activities
• Motor Vehicle with fuel card (all expenses included for work and option to include personal use)
• Mobile phone

The Position and Key Role Responsibilities for Property Manager

• End-to-end property management: leasing, inspections, maintenance, arrears
• Building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Using property management software to stay on top of everything
• Bringing ideas and energy to improve how we work
• Arrears Management
• Working closely with other Property Managers to assist with administration of all portfolios

Skills / Attributes Required 

• Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve, and be a team player
• A “can do” attitude and self-starter
• Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritise and maintain a high level of ATD
• Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
• Good computer skills with a strong aptitude to learn new systems – knowledge in Property Me will be beneficial
• Queensland Real Estate Licence (essential)
