FAA Group Referral Reward Offer — Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter
   This offer is provided by FAA Group and its participating entities (“FAA”, “we”, “us”).
2. Offer
   Eligible current FAA clients may receive a $200 referral reward, and the referred person may also receive a $200 benefit, for selected services only.
3. Eligibility
   The referrer must be a current FAA client at the time of referral.
   The referred person must be a new enquiry for the selected service.
   The referred person must mention the referral when booking their initial appointment or during their initial appointment.
4. Selected Services Only
   This promotion applies only to services specifically nominated by FAA as eligible.
   FAA reserves the right to determine service eligibility at its discretion.
   Initially including: Property Purchase, Property Management, Mortgage loans, Personal Insurance
5. When the Reward Is Paid
   The referral reward is only payable once the referred person has proceeded with the eligible service and their invoice has been paid in full (including clearance of funds).
6. Not Valid with Other Offers
   This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate, or referral incentive, including (without limitation):
   “Refer & Receive $250 for FAA Property”
   “10% Real Estate Sales Agent Fees price beat”
   “3 Months Fee Free Property Management”
   If multiple offers are available, FAA may determine which single offer applies.
7. One Reward Per Referred Client/Service Engagement
   Only one referral reward is payable per eligible referred client who proceeds with an eligible service engagement (unless otherwise stated in writing by FAA).
8. Claim Verification
   FAA may require reasonable information to verify referral eligibility, including identity of the referrer and timing/source of the referral.
9. Non-Transferable / Non-Exchangeable
   Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other benefit unless required by law.
10. Exclusions
    Referrals that are existing active leads, existing clients for that service line, or not properly recorded as referrals at/ before the initial appointment may be deemed ineligible.
11. Changes / Withdrawal
    FAA may amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, subject to applicable law.
    Referrals submitted before withdrawal may still be assessed under the terms in effect at time of referral.

FAA’s decision on eligibility is final (acting reasonably).
