With almost two decades of experience across every area of the business, he brings a practical and well-rounded perspective when guiding clients through financial decisions. Michael works closely with clients to structure their finances efficiently and create clear pathways toward financial independence.

He is passionate about guiding individuals and families through important decisions, whether that involves growing wealth, improving financial efficiency, or building a property investment portfolio. Michael takes pride in supporting clients with the same level of care and consideration he would offer friends or family.

One of Michael’s favourite parts of the role is seeing clients reach financial milestones they once thought were out of reach. His guiding principle is: “Time in the market is more important than timing the market.”

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, seeing family, fishing or playing at the park, or just getting outside with a ball.

Peter is a Financial and Property Consultant at FAA Group who specialises in helping clients develop long-term strategies around property investment, finance, and wealth creation. Having worked across all areas of the business for over a decade, he brings a broad understanding of financial services and enjoys guiding clients through important decisions, whether they are purchasing their first home, growing a property portfolio, or planning for their financial future.

Peter has a strong passion for property and values the opportunity to educate clients on what to look for—and what to avoid—when building their investment portfolio. He takes pride in sharing his knowledge and working closely with clients to create structured plans that align lending strategies and property opportunities with their long-term goals.

His favourite part of the job is seeing those plans come to life as clients reach important milestones and enjoy the lifestyle benefits that follow. His motto is: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

Outside of work, Peter enjoys collecting whisky from around the world and travelling whenever he gets the opportunity with his young family.

Indy Brewer

Her focus is to help people with their SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Funds) Administration and individual accounting needs. Her team also has a strong knowledge in Self-Managed Super Funds. She strives to go above and beyond, which was recognised in 2020 and 2022 when she was nominated ‘Accountant of the Year’ finalist in the Women in Finance Awards. Ryan Brewer

Jo-Anne Jerome Property Manager[showhide type=”prop5″ more_text=”Show more…” less_text=”Hide…”]Jo-Anne is a Property Manager who looks after everything to do with rental properties such as leases, smoke alarm checks, new tenants, inspections, and new properties for rent. She liaises between the owner of the rental properties, maintenance workers and the tenants. She is responsible for getting maintenance assessed, and following up to see if the maintenance has been done. You may also see Jo out on the road conducting routine inspections or delivering keys for tenants. Jo appreciates the opportunity to help her tenants and clients alike, and that every day brings something new. In her spare time Jo enjoys helping out around the family farm; tending to the animals and honing her skills on the tractor and its attachments. Jo’s hobbies include horse riding, cross stitching, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.[/showhide]
