Property Management

  • FAA must receive a completed Form 6 before any promotions take affect
  • Property Management Fee discount is for the first 12months only, rate will then be 8.8% (including GST)
  • If the property management is ceased within the 12-month period there will be exit fees, regardless of promotion
  • No previously committed clients are eligible for this offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers

Property Sales

  • 10 % price beat only applicable to FAA Property agent sales fee on retail property sales
  • 10% price beat will be stated in the Form 6, and not applicable until the Form is signed by both parties within 30 days
  • Must provide written proof of advertised or quoted competitor agent fee for price beat valid within the last 7 days
  • This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
