A Day in the Life at FAA:

Your day starts with a team huddle to set the tone for the day and discuss priorities, you then action your priority tasks and emails and work with the team to ensure all critical jobs are completed for the day; such as appointment folders prepped, preparing and processing documentation (FSG, insurance applications, rollovers etc), log into Business Portals to collect data and follow up clients for outstanding information.

You will need experience in financial planning administration, excellent attention to detail, strong math, English and computer skills and the ability to work quickly to succeed in this role.

Salary – $70,000 to $80,000 (pending experience)

Key Role Responsibilities

The successful applicants will be responsible for:

  • Implement strategies in alignment with the SOA
  • Coordinate client appointments and services including preparing document preparation
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer services to clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records and databases (file noting, scanning, data entry)
  • Various administrative duties.

       

      Skills / Attributes Required

      • Experience in financial planning administration processes and compliance requirements
      • You must be extremely diligent with your ‘attention to detail’
      • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload, effective administration and time management skills
      • Ability to work in a changing environment
      • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
      • Excellent English, grammar and communication skills
      • (your basic math & computer skills will be tested at the interview)
      • Open to be trained and learn new skills, both technical and intellectual
      • Be polite, courteous and friendly to both external clients and internal staff
      • Excellent telephone manner
      • Strong work ethic
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
