TENANTS

Are you looking for a place to rent?

Securing a lease on a property can be quiet competitive!
To ensure you are successful in finding the right property we recommend:

• Preparing your rental application, including references, and submit the application to the Property Manager after the viewing.
• At the viewing introduce yourself to the Property Manager.
• If you don’t hear anything follow up the status of your application.
