Kylah is a Property Manager whose main role is all on-road responsibilities such as routine inspections, open homes and private viewings. She is constantly on the move and spends many hours in the car travelling to multiple sites a day. Kylah has a passion for real estate and has created herself a career in the industry where she enjoys meeting new people and creating a good rapport with clients and tenants. Kylah likes spending time with friends and family in her spare time and spontaneous camping adventures.

Jo-Anne is a Property Manager who looks after everything to do with rental properties such as leases, smoke alarm checks, new tenants, inspections, and new properties for rent. She liaises between the owner of the rental properties, maintenance workers and the tenants.  She is responsible for getting maintenance assessed, and following up to see if the maintenance has been done. You may also see Jo out on the road conducting routine inspections or delivering keys for tenants.

Jo appreciates the opportunity to help her tenants and clients alike, and that every day brings something new. In her spare time Jo enjoys helping out around the family farm; tending to the animals and honing her skills on the tractor and its attachments.  Jo’s hobbies include horse riding, cross stitching, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
