Are you a single parent with dependants and finding it hard to save for a deposit to buy a home for your family?

The Australian Government has announced a new scheme called the ‘Family Home Guarantee’.

The scheme gives you the opportunity to build a new home or purchase an existing home with a 2% deposit and it doesn’t matter if you are a first home buyer or a previous owner.

From 1 July 2021, 10,000 Family Home Guarantees will be made available over four financial years.
