A Novation Agreement is made between the employee, employer and finance company.
FAA manages the arrangement

GWM ORA 5 offer terms & conditions
Please read the following conditions before relying on the advertised weekly amount, charger offer or 24-hour test drive.
1. From $129 per week*
The advertised “from $129 per week” amount is indicative only. It is not a guaranteed repayment or quote. It is based on an income of $90,000, 15,000 kilometres travelled per year and a five-year lease term.
The actual cost of a novated lease depends on factors including the vehicle purchase price, salary, employer, lease term, kilometres travelled, finance rate, residual value, fees, running-cost budget, taxation treatment and individual circumstances.
Customers should obtain their own personalised FAA quote before deciding whether to proceed.
2. GWM ORA 5 vehicle offer
The example has been prepared using a GWM ORA 5 and the assumptions applicable to the promotional example.
Vehicle pricing, specifications, colours, availability and delivery times may change and are subject to participating dealership stock.
3. Free home EV charger^
The bonus home EV wall charger is advertised as a 7kW charger valued at $599 RRP. It is an offer from the participating GWM dealership, not an FAA offer. FAA is promoting the dealership's offer on their behalf, and the charger, its conditions and its availability are determined by the dealership.

4. Free 24-hour test drive
A free 24-hour take-home test drive of the GWM ORA 5 may be booked through a participating dealership. This offer is available to current and future FAA clients.
The offer is intended to allow customers to take the vehicle home overnight and experience it as part of their normal routine.
5. Electric vehicle FBT exemption
FBT exemption treatment applies only where the vehicle and arrangement meet the requirements of Australian taxation legislation.
Electric vehicles do not use petrol, but home electricity and public charging costs still apply and vary by tariff, usage and charging location.
Eligibility and taxation outcomes vary between customers. Customers should consider their individual circumstances and obtain appropriate tax, financial or other professional advice where required.
6. Novated lease eligibility
A novated lease requires participation by the employee’s employer and is subject to relevant employer salary packaging policies, finance approval and FAA requirements.
