Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for a Financial Sales Consultant to join our team.

Key Role Responsibilities

Your key responsibility is to build your own client base. To do this you must be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We will assist you to build a client base by providing opportunities to meet with potential clients. The role will see the successful candidate driving business through the organisation and assisting clients with a leading range of financial products and services.

 

You will be responsible to:

  • Develop and maintain new clients and referrals.
  • Deliver quality holistic education to clients while maintaining compliance and productivity.
  • Provide clients with information and options to enable them to make informed decisions in relation to their financial situation.
  • Maintain contact with the client in every step of the process.
  • Be prepared to travel to various sites throughout Queensland

     

    Skills / Attributes Required

    • Have the desire and flexibility to be able to work outside the normal 9-5 hours
    • Recent experience in dealing with clients face-to-face and video conferencing
    • Work autonomously and unsupervised to achieve your own income
    • Consistent sales history
    • Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the square
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to build rapport easily with clients and convert new opportunities
    • Be a motivated and focused individual looking for a challenge in a fast-paced working environment.
    • Highly organised and the ability to work under pressure

     

    The Reward

    • $55,000 to $120,000/$150,000/$200,000 (Base wage plus Commission) based on your ability to generate and convert leads
    • Satisfaction in providing clients with their best financial future
